1437 company workers are doing their best
The number of permanent workers in the company reached 1,437 workers in 2023, and the company creates a suitable job environment for them, as it helps them to provide their maximum potential. The company plans to establish 6 other factories so the number of workers will be up to 2000 workers.
Training :-
Believing in the importance of the human element in the development and increase of production, the company is interested in training as one of the main tools for development the skills of workers in order to raise the level of performance, especially in light of the company’s policy aimed at establishing new factories whose operation requires distinguished expertise in order to create and prepare specialized and distinguished technical cadres in various fields of work by specialized training courses in the technical, financial and administrative aspects.
Social care for workers:-
The company continues to do its social, environmental and economic responsibilities towards workers in terms of community participation.
- Establishing a semi-automatic bakery in the company, for the company’s workers and the surrounding villages.
- Providing free transportation for the company’s employees to and from the workplace in Faiyum, also transportation for the children of workers residing in the residential complex to schools and universities in Faiyum and back.
- Providing financial and in-kind support in the health aspects by contributing in medical convoys (charitable institutions in the community surrounding the company).
Health care for workers:-
The company provides distinguished medical service to the company’s employees by contracting with highly qualified hospitals and medical centers, in addition to the medical service provided by health insurance. The company also pay all the costs of major surgeries for workers and other operations that are not provided through health insurance.
Sports and cultural activities:-
The company is interested in all sports and cultural activities through sporting and cultural programs and participation in the Companies Championship at the level of the Republic.
Social and recreational activities:-
The company is interested in social and recreational activities so it contributes in recreational trips to various places in addition to an annual resort for workers and their families and ceremonies honoring the ideal worker.
Environmental and social responsibility of the company:-
- Providing financial and in-kind support in the educational aspects by contributing in the development of Faiyum schools whether with financial or in-kind support as well as in social aspects by making a donation to establish a bridge in the village of Shakshouk.
- Fisheries that serving fishermen.
- Create an umbrella for the fish market.
- Participating in the orphan’s day with the support of the Society and Community Development organization in Shakshouk.
- A donation to build a mosque in the villages of Shakshouk and surrounded villages.
The company is also interested in acquiring the latest technology so it has established a hall for the passage of its employees and supported it with the latest attendance and departure devices with face print. The company also took care of the employees’ cars, so a suitable garage was prepared to protect the cars and regulate the movement of traffic and entry and exit.
